this interactive fiber arts event connecting
to the community with activities like a museum
exhibition, educational demonstrations of
fiber processes, hands-on projects with children
and adults, sale of local artists work, and
information about local fiber activities,
groups, businesses, and instructional resources. |

Olympic Fiber Arts Festival is a special event
celebrated on the first weekend of October which is on Oct 6 and 7 during 2007 in Sequim, WA. It is co-sponsored by
the local spinning and weaving guild, North
Olympic Shuttle & Spindle Guild, and the Museum
& Art Center.
This year we are including the First Friday Art Walk, Saturday daytime event downtown at the MAC and Sequim Open Aire Market with a special event Saturday evening, and new workshops on Sunday both at the Dungeness Schoolhouse. |
